Site Info

The Origin of this site stems largely from two people:  Patrick Harmon, who introduced me to blogging; Bryan Barley, who peaked my interest in wordpress.  I have provided the blogs of both of these men under “Blogs and Ministry Links”.  One would do well to attend to their godly posts.  I would be in great error if I did not also mention my incredible wife, Jenny, who constantly encourages me to think and write.  God in His mercy has burdened me to listen to her encouragements in order that His fame and glory in Jesus might have yet another humble avenue of advancement.

The Content of this site I have tried to capture in the title of it, – Grace, Glory, and Gospel Endeavor: Theology On Mission.  Typically, posts will concentrate on biblical commentary, articles, quotes, book reviews, theology, and edifying discussion concerning God, His Church, and the Great Commission.

The Burden of this site is to engage the Church and the culture that surrounds us with the Supremacy of God in Christ, the big realities of the Bible, and the practical implications of the grace and glory of God, and His Sovereign reign and rule over all of the affairs of this world in such a way that God might be pleased to make real Christians who love Him with all of their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and therefore, overflow with a God-entranced love towards one’s neighbor, pleading with them to turn, trust, and treasure Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

The Prayer for this site is very simply and humbly the edification of God’s Church and the conversion of sinners to the glory of God in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
