I hesitate to put sermons/ commentary on this site, but I acknowledge my tendency towards long-windedness, and thus, being hopeful that the material here – itself a product of God’s Word, God’s grace, Christ’s energy, the Spirit’s help with significance, as well as the blessed words and commentaries of other godly people who have steered me Christward along the way – will prove useful. I will be the first to admit that much is incomplete, and that I am quite fallible; my plea is for patience as God I pray continues to wield me by His Word, and sharpen me by His Spirit; but I would also ask that the reader weigh what is written by the standard of Christ, that is, God’s Word, so that if what is humbly written agrees therewith, the reader may acknowledge its objective rightness and give glory to God, whose Word is everlastingly infallible and authoritative. God be praised in our Lord Jesus Christ if by His grace and mercy He should by what is written here in accord with His Word help you along the path of righteousness.
